Golf Course

This 18 hole course is situated on 120 acres winding along the beautiful Broken Creek. The mild climate all year round makes for healthy greens and fairways.  Ample water and experienced ground staff make for this to be an attractive track year round. During Summer, the rough dries out somewhat and provides a great deal more run, this being a standard feature of North Victorian golf.

A COUPLE OF TRICKY ONES

The 13th.  Numurkah Plumbing Supplies Par 5

"For all your plumbing requirements, call 58 621 842"

This double dog leg Par 5 dictates that your drive is best put about 200 to 240 metres up the right. From here you can see around the left corner from where you will need to place your next shot, probably a 3 or 4 iron, to give you a chance at a short iron onto the green. The green is deeper and flatter than the average Numurkah green, giving you every chance at par if you hit your first two shots OK.

"Beware the water hazard to the right!"

The 16th.  McPhersons Mensland Par 5.

"For all your sports and social clothing whilst in Numurkah, phone 58 621 055"

A huge 530 metre Par 5, standing on the tee your mind will tell you to wind up for the long run to the green, but beware of the OOB all the way down on your left!  Two good woods may still leave you a 100 metre plus run into the green - very challenging!

Our course offers a nice relaxing round for the social golfer, typical North Victorian flat ground makes for a less taxing walk than some courses, and don't forget our electric golf carts for those who don't want the walk. The course also offers a challenge to the serious golfer with some smaller greens making the approach shot to the green an important ingredient in shooting a great score.
